Punjab Cabinet Approves Key Projects Under CM Maryam Nawaz | TLP Ban, High-Speed Rail & Air Punjab

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the Punjab Cabinet approved several key initiatives including the formal endorsement of the TLP ban, the “Mehrab Mehfooz Roshan Punjab” project, and the Lahore–Rawalpindi High-Speed Rail MoU. The cabinet rejected proposals to increase fares for electric buses, ensuring no additional burden on citizens. The meeting also approved the launch of “Air Punjab”, a new provincial air travel project aimed at improving intercity connectivity. CM Maryam Nawaz emphasized that public welfare and development remain the top priorities of the Punjab government.
